My approach is warm, compassionate, creative, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I will meet you where you are at -- therapy isn't one size fits all! We will work together to explore your inner world through creative engagement. I work from an integrative lens of person-centered, psychodynamic, and feminist theory and am IFS-trained and trauma-informed. I believe it's valuable to consider how systemic issues may be contributing to your pain as well. I am a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and take an active stance in providing affirming care to all genders, sexualities, and cultures.
